This policy explains how AIS NOVA NEXUS SL handles personal data on MVNO Latam (mvno-latam.com/en) and on our sister portals MVNO Africa, MVNO MENA, MVNO Asia and MVNO Latam. We collect very little: there are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking.

2. What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), your message, the page you wrote from and the language. We use it to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Subscribe form: your email address, the page and the language. We use it to send you occasional emails about this portal. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep a record of when and from which page you subscribed.
- Security and anti-spam: when you send a form we create a short pseudonymous code from your IP address (it cannot be turned back into the address). It limits how many messages can be sent in an hour and is stored with the message. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, we do not profile visitors and we do not take automated decisions about you.
3. Information about companies and regulators
The directories describe mobile network operators, virtual operators and telecom regulators. This is business information taken from public sources. If it contains personal data about you (for example a public business contact) and you want it corrected or removed, write to info@mvno-latam.com.
4. Who receives your data
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
- The email service that delivers the messages sent through the website to us and, if you subscribe, our emails to you.
- Public authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Providers act on our instructions under data-processing terms.
5. International transfers
Our servers and providers may be outside your country. When personal data leave the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom we rely on adequacy decisions or on the standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer for an ongoing business relationship or a legal claim.
- Subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.
- Anti-spam code: kept with the message; the hourly counter disappears after one hour.
- Server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, normally days or a few weeks.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing does not affect what was done before). To unsubscribe, reply to any of our emails with the word "unsubscribe" or write to info@mvno-latam.com.
We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work. In Spain this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
8. Security
The website uses HTTPS, access to the data is limited to people who need it, forms have anti-spam protection and we keep the amount of data to the minimum. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
This website is aimed at professionals and is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Links to other websites
The directories link to operators, regulators and other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We will publish any change on this page with a new date.
