2. What this website is
MVNO Latam is an independent reference directory of mobile network operators (MNOs), virtual operators (MVNOs) and telecom regulators. It is for general information and aimed at professionals. It is not run by, or affiliated with, any operator or regulator it lists, and a listing is not an endorsement.
3. Using the website
The website is free to use. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:
- copy or download its content in bulk, or use automated tools to extract it, without our written permission;
- overload the service, or try to get around its security;
- use the forms to send spam or unlawful content;
- present our content as your own.
4. Accuracy, and no advice
We compile the information from public sources such as operator and regulator websites, official reports and the press. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and figures show the date they refer to when we know it. Nothing here is legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice.
Please check important facts with the original source before you rely on them, and tell us about any mistake at info@mvno-latam.com.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code, texts, and the selection and arrangement of the data belong to AIS NOVA NEXUS SL or its licensors and are protected by copyright and database rights. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the page. Copying in bulk, republishing or commercial reuse needs our written permission.
6. Third-party names, logos and news
Names, brands and logos of operators and regulators belong to their owners. They appear only to identify the organisation they refer to, and do not imply any link or endorsement.
News items show a headline, the date, a short extract and a link to the original publication; the rights remain with the publisher.
Some logos are published under Creative Commons licences. Their credits:
- bmobile: Bmobile.png by TSTT Trinidad and Tobago, CC BY-SA 2.5. Adapted (cropped, resized and converted to WebP); the adapted image is shared under the same licence.
- Cuy Móvil (Guinea Mobile): Cuy-movil-logo.png by VictorD93, CC BY-SA 4.0. Adapted (cropped, resized and converted to WebP); the adapted image is shared under the same licence.
Other logos come from the operators' own websites or from public-domain files.

You confirm that the details you give us are yours to share. We handle them as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
The website is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AIS NOVA NEXUS SL is not liable for losses arising from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and the courts of Elche (Alicante) will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that let you go to the courts of your own country.
